Had to get a radiator hose and a starter replaced on my truck. These guys are a class act all the way around. Great communication, very fair pricing and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this business for all your automobile repair needs!

Just not a professional mechanic sadly. Needed spark plugs from my knowledge. I was told i needed a new radiator due to a crack/leak so i approved the job. Try to charge me $400 for a “tune up “ because he said thats what needed to be done to do in order to do spark plus. I was then told my it was “definitely “ my turbo that needed replacing as well. Just a whole lot of confusion. There was a day when he told me my car was ready because we even discussed payment options just to be told few mins later the car still wouldn’t start. After i made the conclusion to just to undo the work and I’ll pay for the parts . I went up to the shop and by the way the lot looked i knew i made a huge mistake going to him in the first place. It was a complete junk yard! I get there just to be told my radiator was never even started on. I made another huge mistake by purchasing another tow from him to tow my car elsewhere. I was told where my was at next that my window was broke and wouldn’t roll down. It definitely wasnt like before coming to RIOs. 🤦🏽‍♀️ and that there was a whole cigarette in the hood of my car at the bottom…..😐 seems like my car was tampered with for more jobs to be done and money

This was one of the worse experiences I’ve had with an automotive shop. The customer service was horrible, they lied about the pricing and services. And to make matters worse what they suppose to fix didn’t get fix and more things was messed up. There was no lights on but the tire pressure light. I wouldn’t recommend to no one

Family-oriented business that truly cares about taking care of their customers ✨️ Needing my tires replaced badly, I stopped by for a visit... Service was timely and efficient and the used tires I was able to get are like new! They had all 4 in the size I needed which is rare, and even more rare that they are all the same brand but one. Very pleased with the ride these tires give me, it feels like I bought a brand new car all over again 🚗💨 As a fellow alum of the SBEAP program, I was happy to be able to finally support this business

I appreciate professionalism and the way Rios handles their operations was very impressive. I’m a busy guy and if you can make my life easier, then your who I want to work with. I received a custom diagnostic of the issues with my vehicle via text. It was descriptive and I could clearly understand it without the knowledge of being a mechanic. I was able to easily select the option to approve the repairs right there on my phone and was then notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up shortly after. They are affordable and trustworthy and I will be having all our company vehicles serviced here moving forward. Great Work RIOS!!!
